Our purpose
Report the system, not the spectacle.
Casino-industry coverage can easily become promotional: a sequence of openings, jackpot images and manufacturer claims. Elvari Scope takes a different view. We examine the policy, capital, equipment, technology, infrastructure and operating decisions that make a regulated venue or market function.
Our New Zealand base gives the publication a specific lens. Aotearoa is implementing a new online-casino licensing framework in 2026 while maintaining an established land-based system. That makes regulatory design, consumer protection and cross-border supervision central beats, not footnotes.
